Pacific Pools provides residential and commercial pool, spa, and water-feature services across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. All services are performed by qualified technicians under the Pacific Blue Mechanical group.

Commercial & Strata Maintenance Programs

Service details, pricing, and availability may vary by location and season. Pacific Pools reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
All service bookings must be confirmed through info@pacificpools.ca or via the official contact form at pacificpools.ca/contact.
A quote will be provided before any service is performed.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made via credit card, e-transfer, or approved billing arrangement.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
In the event of severe weather, safety hazards, or mechanical issues, Pacific Pools reserves the right to reschedule services at no additional cost.
Pacific Pools guarantees that all services will be performed with professional care and attention to detail.
However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues resulting from improper customer maintenance or use of the pool/equipment.
Pacific Pools is not responsible for water loss, chemical imbalance, or damages caused by external factors (e.g., weather, power outage, vandalism).
Our technicians follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to pools, equipment, and service areas.
For commercial and strata clients, compliance documentation and reports are available upon request.
All content on pacificpools.ca, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Pacific Pools or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without written permission.
